Corporate Events FAQ
- How do I reserve my event date with you?
- With your entertainment planning package you will be sent two copies of an event agreement or "contract." One copy is for your records and the other copy should be mailed to us along the specified event deposit. This will lock in your date.
- What does my DJ require from me for the event?
- For DJ's, we require that the client provide a 6-foot skirted table. Most caterers or facilities will provide this for you. Bands and other live acts have varying power and set up requirements. These will be provided to you on an individual basis depending on the act you have booked.
- Our CEO would like to make a speech during our event. What will you provide for us?
- All DJs and most live acts will have a PA system and wireless microphone at your event. Just let us know and we will have this available for your use. We can also help you with planning an agenda to make sure everything flows smoothly.
- Can our employees pick some songs to be played at our party?
- Absolutely! If you have booked a DJ we will send you a song list so you can pick all of your favorite songs. Most live acts will also have a song list available. This will allow you to program their song sets.
- I need to set an agenda for my event. How can you help me with this?
- When planning your event we will send you an Event Information Form. This form will help you lay out your events agenda. It will assist you in everything from music styles, presentation and speech times, special announcements to be made and the entertainer's involvement level. We can also help you with any agenda timing questions you may have.
